Electronic Rotor Creation: Begins with blank shaft processing → Moves through iron core press installation → iron core cast aluminum → rotor string shaft → weave → dipping paint and drying → dynamic balancing to ensure excellence
Motor Assembly: Completes with stator rotor assembly → Followed by machine testing → motor appearance coloring → and preparation for packaging and storage
